Is Neko Photo really free?
Yes. The app and all five workspaces are free to use forever. The optional Pro tier adds cloud license sync and (when shipped) preset libraries.
Does it upload my photos anywhere?
No. Editing is fully offline. The only network calls are the auto-updater check and optional account sign-in.
What's the minimum Windows version?
Windows 10 (64-bit) and later. 8 GB RAM recommended for 8K RAW work; 4 GB runs fine for everyday edits.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Sign in, then use the feedback form on your dashboard. Every report lands in the admin queue and shortlists into the next release.
