Using Neko Photo

Neko Photo is a Windows desktop photo editor. Editing is designed to happen locally on your device. The website provides downloads, accounts, membership and related product features.

Accounts and access

If you create an account, provide information that you are allowed to use and keep your sign-in details private. Account access is personal. Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass license or membership checks, or interfere with the site or updater.

Your content

You remain responsible for photos, feedback, contribution content and avatar images that you submit or use. Only submit material that you have the right to provide and that does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Feedback and releases

The dashboard and desktop app may provide feedback or contribution features. Release information is published in the changelog. Features, compatibility and availability may change as the beta product develops.

Membership and licenses

The account area may show a membership tier or license status. This page does not state prices, payment terms, refund terms or future feature promises. Review any specific terms shown with a particular license or transaction.

Acceptable use

• Use the site and app lawfully and do not probe, overload or disrupt them.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not use a download, updater or account endpoint to distribute or obtain unauthorized software.

Changes and questions

The product and these terms may be updated as the service changes. The current page is the version to review before using the account or membership features. If a feature is unclear, use the product's available support or feedback flow rather than assuming that a roadmap item is already delivered.
